This is the same category of right as Florida’s 60-day grace period and Washington’s installment plan — rarely advertised, and worth asking for by name before your due date.
Indiana does not permit renewals, rollovers or extensions of a small loan. Each loan stands as its own transaction and must be repaid in full by the due date.
That is a stronger position than most states take, and it is the reason the extended payment plan matters here — it is the only lawful way to get more time.

Complaints go to the DFI where the lender is licensed, and to the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division either way.
You can revoke authorisation and instruct your bank to stop the payment, whatever your agreement says.
